I lost 8 lbs during the month of October, and then found it again over the Christmas holidays. I've been counting calories and doing a little more exercise this week, and if the scale isn't lying, I'm down three pounds. Woo hoo. Seven more to go before I get to the weight I was complaining about before! Good times.

Congratulations. One day I plan to make an instructional video demonstrating the special way I am able to stand on the scale so that I measure seven pounds lighter than I actually am...if only I could explain it without you actually seeing it, I could turn your 11 pound weight loss into at least 18 pounds with no diet or exercise. I've perfected this to an art.

I lost 8 lbs this week, courtesy of the latest virus to make the rounds. It's amazing what 6 days without food will do :-)

Diva - thanks, but I do. I'm just not going to let weight loss become an obsession - I find that very unattractive in women, moreso than the fat.

Portugesa Nova - you need to make an instructional video, I'm sure it would sell really well.
