He's a She
I just got back from the vet. Both of the kittens are female. Looks like Zoro may need a new name. She behaved not too bad considering. OK - I was wearing a long heavy sweater and wearing leather gloves, AND had her wrapped in a towel. Still - I'm proud of her. Sweetie was her usual charismatic self.

Well, Zora seems to be the popular consensus - thanks.
Of course, you have to wonder what makes an A more feminine than an O. I mean, in lower case, an a is really just an o with an extra rod (which would normally make it male). I'm told it has something to do with the Latin translation, but that's not very entertaining.
