Jack Frost Nipping At Your...
I just went to check the thermostat, as I'm trying to work from home today and it's bloody FREEZING in here! Arthur had set it to 18 degrees Celsius!!! (That's 64 Fahrenheit!!).
What is it with men and thermostats? I mean, come on!

Gianky - thanks for the comment (and for linking to my blog on yours). I look forward to reading your posts. I "named" my husband Arthur for this blog because I liked that character the best, but the more I think about it, the more I realize that he really is more like Zaphod (except for the two-head thing).
I like to keep the temperature low so I have an excuse to use multiple blankets and stay in bed longer.
Rich - that sounds like a good reason (now, if only I could drag my computer into the bedroom, I'd be all set).
Yes, they need the thermostat lower (although we have the higher fat content so WTF) but they are ever so much fun to cuddle up to in their warmth, and they have a lot to share.
You don't have every room in the house wired and a wireless network? Time to make friends with someone from the phone company. With five adults in the house we are currently running four desktops and the old man has his lap top that we aren't alowed to breath on let alone touch and thats wireless. It's pretty nice he sits in the recliner and looks or tanks on the internet.
And I forgot to thank you for linking. It is much appreciated.
Chellee - I'll be honest, I think that's why he keeps it so cold!
Rich - I am so 10 minutes ago when it comes to home computing. The sad part, of course, is that my job is to write about emerging technologies and evaluate vendors! Alas, the shoemaker's children have no shoes (poor dears). (And NP regarding the link - I meant to do it awhile ago, I'm just incredibly scatter-brainded).
Maria - It's a good thing Australians are so nice, or I could really hate you all for your nice weather! Actually, according to the Weather Network, we're supposed to reach 24 today!
